estimated daily clicks
The estimated daily clicks given by the AdWords Traffic Estimator Tool for the keywords.
google results
The number of results Google returned for the keywords.
keywords in title
Of the top 10 Google results for the keywords, the number of those titles that contained the EXACT keyword phrase in the title.
average backlinks
The average number of backlinks each of the top 10 Google results for the keywords has, as reported by Google.
jindex
My own personal index of how difficult it will be to rank for the keywords. The lower the number, the easier it will be. The formula is:
jindex = [keywords in title] + ([google results] / 100000) + [average backlinks]
This is based on my own experience with search engine optimization, and I feel gives you a pretty accurate idea of the difficulty involved in ranking for the search terms.
